Footpath Diversion
Hankerton Parish Council
Wiltshire Council have published a footpath diversion proposal. This is for Hankerton footpaths 7 and 5, in the area of Manor Farm Cottage.
Footpath 7 runs through Manor Farm Cottage garden and the proposal is to re-route it around the northern outer perimeter of the property, a proposal that is very much in line with Government guidance.
Footpath 5 seems to be wrongly recorded on the Definitive Map and the proposal is to correct the official Map to show the route that is actually walked.
This will be on the agenda of the PC meeting on Mon 7 Sep.
